REAL ESTATE OFFICER 

Responsibilities :

• Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
• Create lease agreement
• Negotiation with landlord
• Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Min. 2 years experience as Site Expansion Officer/ Property Analyst/ Business Development Offiver/ Planner/ Marketing Officer in property consultant.
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional interpersonal & negotiation skill, and have wide networks.
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.
